May your circle of friends and family BE centered in Christ

“Walk with the wise and become wise, for a companion of fools suffers harm.” Proverbs 13:20

Proverbs 13:20 says, “Walk with the wise and become wise, for a companion of fools suffers harm.” Osteen says this morning, “It’s not only important how we spend our time, but with whom we spend it.” He encourages us to evaluate our friends, but I would say evaluate all of your circles—friends, coworkers, and just as important, family. Let us not hang around those who compromise and take the easy way out, those who tolerate mediocrity and take the easy way out, as Osteen states. Invest with those with integrity. So grateful for you, my friend who is REading this, as you have invested in me and I continue to grow and develop because you are the company I keep.

Isaiah 45

Isaiah 45:24 REminds us, “In the Lord alone are deliverance and strength. ”

REflection from Promises for Your Everyday Life

This morning Meyer speaks to “A Cord of Three Strands Is Not Easily Broken”, as she talks about marriage. She says, “There's nothing better than a really great marriage and nothing worse than a bad one”, and I can agree from experience. She emphasizes, “Happiness in marriage is not about finding a spouse who always acts the way we want them to. It is about two imperfect people trusting in a perfect God and conforming to His will and purpose for them.“ Therefore, I will stick with two strands, me and Thee, until He brings forth the one He’s kept for me.

Romans 8:28

There is nothing in life that we go T.H.R.O.U.G.H. (Trials, Hurt, Regrets, Obstacles, Uncertainty, Guilt, Heartbreak) that’s won’t also work out as part of His plan for our lives.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

May your circle of friends and family BE centered in Christ, my friend.
