There’s greater in store for me and you, and more work for us to do, too
I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength. Philippians 4:12-13
We all must know the importance of “Praise Through Circumstance”. As written, “A life lived alongside Christ doesn't mean it will be one free of pain, of discomfort, of tough times. But it does mean that we can find contentment in it anyway because we have him in our lives to turn to.” Scripture says to us that it rains on the just and the unjust; everyone will experience some type of situation that’s not so favorable to them. Let us REmember 1) praise confuses the enemy; and 2) God REsponds to thank you. Let us always REmain content in knowing that troubles won’t last always, and then continue to lift our heads and praise Him in advance and thank Him too! Greater is coming for me and you.
REflection from When Life Gets Hard: Smile
Rosenkranz encourages us this morning to “Keep Looking Up!” She quotes 2 Corinthians 4:18 which says, “"So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." This is followed by the REminder, “What is unseen is what gives you the strength to survive. No matter how great your pain may be today. I want to encourage you not to look at the pain but at the hope that God promises you through His Word.” May we always focus on what’s to come and REmain encourage as a REsult if where we have come from and what we have experienced and BEen brought T.H.R.O. U. G. H. (Trials, Hurt, Regrets, Obstacles, Uncertainty, Guilt, and Heartbreak). Our latter will BE greater and our BEst is yet to come!

We all have elders and those who have different lived experiences, but let us not BE intimidated nor looked down upon. We, too, have knowledge and experience to encourage and go forth and grow and inspire too.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
