All that we find in our Father makes a better you and me
Where Are You?
Like Adam and Eve, there was a time in my life where I was in hiding from God, ashamed of the fact that I had done wrong and gone astray. However, in those times I have learned are the exact times that He desires for us to run to Him. The writer says today, When Christ called out to them in the bible “‘Where are you?’ was not a question of their whereabouts, but rather the cry of a Father longing for His children to come out of hiding and back into the healing light. Now He calls to us… He has already gone to the ends of the earth to reach us and died on a cross to save us.” There is nothing we can do and no where we can hide to keep us from Him and His love for us.
Genesis 3:8-9 reads, “They heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God... Then the Lord God called to the man, and said to him, ‘Where are you?’"
When we commit sin it causes us to want to separate ourselves from God, yet He desires us to persistently draw closer to Him and realize repentance is available for you and me.
Small Straws Scripture: Ephesians 4:32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
Let compassion and kindness lead us in all that we do, which will allow the love of Christ to always show through me and you.
Youversion Verse of the Day: Psalm 56:3
What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.
May our faith in our Father always prevail over our fear.
All that we find in our Father makes a better you and me, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
