Be free in the Father

He turned the desert into pools of water and the parched ground into flowing springs. Psalm 107:35 NIV

Today’s devotional is titled “Getting out of the Desert.” We are reminded, “When you are busy about God's work, you won't have as much time to feel bored with life. You will find that He can bring joy to replace sorrow and a feeling of value that trumps that desert place every time!” An idle mind is the devil’s workshop. Let us remain occupied at least mentally in the Lord’s work overshadowing what’s meant to distract us.
