Depend on Him

"So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you." Matthew 7:12

I am grateful for the entire message this morning in the devotional titled “A Better Offer”. We are informed by the text, “Satan desires for us to be stressed out, overcommitted, and not able to do anything well… However, God, upon request, will help us prioritize our commitments so that our ‘yes’ is ‘yes’ and our ‘no’ is ‘no.’” Let us seek the Lord in our planning and doing so that He will help us help ourselves with making decisions about what we do. We always want to present our best selves, and sometimes that means declining offers. Let us remember a no is not negative or a rejection; it’s also protection without an explanation needed.

Reflection from Let’s Read the Bible Together (Acts 9, Acts 10, Genesis 10, and Genesis 11)

Saul persecuted Jesus, but He still found in his heart the desire to restore Saul’s sight. As followers of Christ, we will not be perfect, but God will not deny us of the blessings He has for us.

Deuteronomy 7:9

Our Father is a promise keeper; there is nothing He will say that He will not do for me and you.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

Depend on Him, my friend.
