Do what’s best for you and pleasing to the Father in all you do
Overlooking
Kundtz provides the following statement today: “Certainly one of the greatest challenges in our relationships—in raising children, thriving with a significant other, having friends, getting along with coworkers—is to know when to notice something and, especially, when not to notice. In other words, we have to learn a scale of priority with which we choose our issues; the lesser ones can slide, the greater ones we face.” If we worry about matter or situation, we will be weighed down by everything. Regardless of the circumstance, take time to respond and not react, in a moment of quiet to determine whether you overlook a matter to stay in peace or engage in a matter that may have you broken or frustrated in pieces.
Luke 23:34 is a powerful verse that is still relevant today. It reads, “Jesus said, ‘Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.’ And they divided up his clothes by casting lots.” There are many times we encounter people in their situations and they are not completely aware of how their words and issues affect others around. But we are responsible for our actions, reactions, and responses. Forgive them, for forgiveness is really for you, and it will keep you in our bring peace back to you.
Small Straws Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12
that you also aspire to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business, and to work with you own hands as we commanded you, that you may walk properly toward those who are outside and that you may lack nothing.
May we remain focused on what the Spirit is leading us to do and do well so that nonbelievers may see Him and learn of Him in our work.
Youversion Verse of the Day: Matthew 6:25
Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?
Our Father’s provision for us covers all that we can ask our think and more than we can imagine.
Do what’s best for you and pleasing to the Father in all you do, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
