Watch over your heart with all diligence, for from it flow the springs of life. Proverbs 4:23 NASB

May we focus on the “Holy Spirit” to guide our every thoughts each day. Proverbs 4:23 is lifted today and reads, “Watch over your heart with all diligence, for from it flow the springs of life.” The writer of today’s message then says, “What do we harbor inside us—evil thoughts or goodness? Do springs of life flow through us, or do we find a dried-up dust bowl?” We cannot heal until we reveal; let us not withhold negativity inside, for it festers within our souls. Allow God to release from us in a way that is not harmful, but freeing for us and not to harmful or hindering to others, but to be truthful of the facts as a lesson or blessing.
