In sadness and grief, may we know He is with us, and in Him we will never be defeated

Laughter cannot mask a heavy heart. When the laughter ends, the grief remains. Proverbs 14:13 TLB

There are times when we turn to “Solace of Humor” when our hearts are heavy from grief and loneliness. Proverbs 14:13 reads, “Laughter cannot mask a heavy heart. When the laughter ends, the grief remains.” In those times, “If we let Him, the Lord will provide the cheerfulness we need to heal our aching hearts.” Healing is critically important instead of masking pain. Through Him, we will smile and laugh again.

Reflection from Let’s Read the Bible Together (Ezekiel 19, Ezekiel 20, Ezekiel 21)

“‘O Zedekiah, blasphemous and evil prince of Israel: Time’s up. It’s “punishment payday.” God says, Take your royal crown off your head. No more “business as usual.” The underdog will be promoted and the top dog will be demoted. Ruins, ruins, ruins! I’ll turn the whole place into ruins. And ruins it will remain until the one comes who has a right to it. Then I’ll give it to him.’” Ezekiel‬ ‭21‬:‭25‬-‭27‬ ‭MSG‬‬

Proverbs 22:4

May humility and reverence to Him and all we do bring prosperity and everlasting life to me and you.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

In sadness and grief, may we know He is with us, and in Him we will never be defeated, my friend.
