Just ask all things in His name, and wait upon the Lord

Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. James 1:17 NIV

Are you “Acknowledging the Giver” of every good and perfect gift you receive? Today’s message reads, “God gives us good gifts, but sometimes we respond in the same way as some children. Our actions seem to say that we love the gifts more than we love the Giver. We don't always thank the Lord the way we should…”. Just last night, I have a conversation with my life coach, and she said, “What do you want more of?” When she asked, I smiled and said, “Like the gospel song, if God never does anything else for me, He’s already done enough.” May we continuously thank God each day and throughout the day with genuine hearts for all He does for us, both the significant things and those things we may take for granted.
