Treasures of Love
Many times we forget who we are, and can be do critical of ourselves when we fall short. We have to remember we are not perfect, but perfectly imperfect. Today’s message says, “God sees us the way we seldom see ourselves-holy, pure, and blameless. It seems impossible… It is not He who forgets, but rather we who need to remember. We are His living treasure here on earth.” Let us remember to shine brightly regardless of our circumstances and situations, for there is never a time that we are less than precious to Him.
Ephesians 1:4-5 tells us, “He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will.”
Let us never forget we were, are, and will always be first and chosen by Christ and recipients of His enduring love for us.
Small Straws Scripture: Romans 12:1-2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Let us forever strive to commit everything that we think, say, and do, as well as all that we are to Christ and His desire for our lives and His plans for each of us.
Youversion Verse of the Day: James 5:16
Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
Let us be in communion with other followers to be able to openly speak about our shortcomings and pray for and with each other, seeking forgiveness, understanding, restoration and healing to continue on again.
Let us be grateful for our loving Father and our circle of friends who are followers and fellowship in faith with us, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
