Let us lead our lives in love for self and others
"But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins. Matthew 6:15
“God is Bigger Than the Wrong Done to You”. Now that is a complete word. In Matthew 16:5 we learn, “But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.” We have to learn to let things go. Yes, we are of flesh and get in our feelings, wanting to retaliate. In those times may we reflect on the prayer from today’s devotional: “Lord, when someone wrongs me, I may want to lash out or hold a grudge. Help me to remember that there is nothing that will happen to me that You cannot redeem for my good and Your glory. Help me to live in the freedom of this truth. Amen.” Forgiveness is for you, so let Him fight and redeem you, because you have too much to lose in Christ.
Reflection from Let’s Read the Bible Together (Matthew 25, Psalm 34, & Job 17)
”His Lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy Lord. And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me” (Matthew 25:21, 40 ).
Luke 6:36
He gives us grace and mercy, so let us be compassionate to others.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
Let us lead our lives in love for self and others, my friend.
