A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. Proverbs 17:22 ESV

As written in Proverbs 17:22, a joyful heart is “Such Good Medicine”. We are reminded in today’s devotional, “We have a choice. A heart that gathers miseries or a heart that gathers merry.” Let us always work to choose joy, working to find the positive in each situation.
