The Power of Prayer
Prayer is the most powerful tool in our lives. The writer shares that “Prayer ushers us into the presence of God. Prayer allows us to hear and echo the needs of others. Prayer changes things.” Whether individually praying for others and engaging face to face, by phone, virtually or written, or collectively in one of the same manners, let us seek our Father and the power in it to change things for ourselves and others.
1 Peter 3:12 reads, “For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their prayer, but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.”
Our Father sees us and hears us when we come to Him in prayer. Prayer draws us closer and opens up our hearts and minds to receive what He has for us. He is near and hears.
Small Straws Scripture: Matthew 6:34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
Let us be intentionally in tune to today, for there are things today that we cannot overlook for our focus on concerns of a time yet to come. Live in the moment that we have been blessed with; don’t take the present for granted.
Youversion Verse of the Day: Romans 12:2
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your minds, so that you may discern what is the will of God—what is good and acceptable and perfect.
Let us always strive to be more like Him, focused on faith and fellowship as the Father desires of us.
No matter what we say, do, or where we go, pray to God to shepherd us through, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
