Prepare for your overflow

“I am coming to you now, but I say these things while I am still in the world, so that they may have the full measure of my joy within them." John 17:13

Today’s message, “Just Half a Cup”, shares how our Father desires to fill us up, but sometimes we aren’t open to receive all that He has for us. The writer says, “He loves us, so He desires to fill our cup to overflowing with the things that He knows will bring us pleasure and growth.… You may not even realize it, but perhaps your actions dictate that your cup remain half empty.” Let us be mindful and aware of what God is working to do in our lives. Let us not be so comfortable with the known and our current situations that we block the blessings and windows of opportunity He is providing for you and me. May we allow Him to pour out blessings so that our cups overflow.

Reflection from Let’s Read the Bible Together (Acts 23, Acts 24, and Genesis 24)

As the words spoken in Genesis‬ ‭24‬:‭40‬ “The Lord, before whom I walk, will send his angel with you and prosper your way…”. Let us never grow weary in the direction in which the Lord is leading our lives. He always goes before is preparing ways and ensuring we prosper from being obedient to His will and ways.
