Walk on by faith, fighting fear for your future

“But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved.” Ephesians 2:4-5

Today’s messages from “Daily Strength for Women” speak to “Mercy and Grace”. It says, “When we realize that even in the middle of our sins God showered us with unfathomable mercy and grace by sending Jesus to die in our place, it should be apparent to us that we should extend both grace and mercy to those who offend us. The grievance may be small or immense. It may even seem insurmountable. By offering forgiveness we help ourselves more than the offender. It isn't easy, but when we look to God's example of love, we can trust that it is to our benefit to model him.” Mercy strengthens our mind to mentally let go of wrongdoing; grace grows us and REmove the gut filling of wanting to hold on. Together, they are only preparing us for greater in our lives, for greater the level, greater the devil. Let go and let God knowing forgiveness is for you, and go forth in peace to the JOurneY ahead of you.

John 10

John 10:7,9 and 10 says, “Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”

REflection from. Becoming Me: Choosing to be You by BecomingMe.TV

Todays message from BecomingMe.TV speaks to “How to Love Yourself”. When speaking to a friend, a sibling, or a neighbor it says, “If you wouldn’t tell someone else discouraging things, why are you telling YOU those things?” The text goes on emphasizing, “The way you speak to and treat YOU determines who you’re becoming. It’s time to be kind to yourself. It’s time to CALL YOURSELF UP to who you’re becoming by the way you speak life to your own mind. To become who God made you to be, you must love yourself!” We must BE careful of the words we speak, especially of ourselves, for they have power. As we go about this JOurneY of life focused in faith and the desires of our heart, as highlighted in the message, let us REmember Philippians 4:8 and think on those things, whatever they are that pour positively into our mind, heart, body and soul. Embrace who you are BEcoming, and never self-sabotage your own life.
