I will wait for the Lord.... I will put my trust in him.” Isaiah 8:17

“Ladies in Waiting” is the title of today’s message. Isaiah 8:17 is highlighted, which says, “I will wait for the Lord.... I will put my trust in him.” The message says, “Like Isaiah, we need to learn the art of waiting on God.… It is when we learn to wait on Him that we will find joy, peace, and patience through the struggle.“ The next time you face frustration or obstacles remember you are in the preparation process to receive what you’ve prayed for. Wait well.

Reflection from Let’s Read the Bible Together (Psalm 130, Genesis 35, Psalms 1)

Psalm 130‬:‭5‬ ‭resonates this morning, reminding us, if we can’t do anything else; “I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, and in his word I hope.” Waiting in the Lord removes worry and wisdom comes instead.
