Walk in His will and watch Him always make a way
Walking Your Talk
Italian poet, Saint Francis of Assisi is known for saying, “It's no use walking anywhere to preach unless our walking is our preaching.” This morning Kundtz explains this by writing, “There are times we are just not up to the walking, and the preaching just keeps going on. Serenity will be ours every day when we are aware when we are not walking our talk, and take our own steps to get back on track.” Each day may we focus to ensure our actions speak louder than words. We may say we want to help, but let’s make sure our deeds reflect what’s been said. We may say we love someone, but may our actions towards them resonate. Let us lead a life of showing that overrides telling.
Titus 2:7 reads, “Show yourself in all respects a model of good works, and in your teaching show integrity, gravity.” May our works speak louder for us than any words we speak in this life.
Small Straws Scripture: Luke 6:31
And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise.
May our actions towards others exhibit the deeds we expect in return.
Youversion Verse of the Day: Proverbs 29:25
The fear of others lays a snare, but one who trusts in the Lord is secure.
Let us put our trust in the Lord with all that we do, and there is nothing that another man, woman, or circumstance can keep us from what He would have for me and you.
Walk in His will and watch Him always make a way, my friend. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
