We are never alone in our wait with the Wondrous One
“Be joyful because you have hope. Be patient when trouble comes, and pray at all times.” Romans 12:12
The focus of today’s message is a reminder of what we should do “At All Times” as is the title. Romans 12:12 is highlighted saying, “Be joyful because you have hope. Be patient when trouble comes, and pray at all times.” The writer emphasizes, “We cannot fabricate happy feelings, but we can become so acquainted with the hope we have in Christ that it fills us with joy even in our sorrow.” May we always pray to the Father and never lose hope for what He can and will do in our lives, remember that all things will work for our good.
Reflection from Waiting Here For You: An Advent Journey of Hope
Today’s message from “Waiting Here For You: An Advent Journey of Hope” asks “Whom Shall I Fear”? We are encouraged, “In the midst of the fray and fury, keep your eyes on Jesus. He is fighting for you. Emmanuel is near.…Your hope is in the One who fights for you. You are safe in God’s love and in the power of His mighty name.” There is nothing nor no one who can come against us when we focus on and remain in faith with our Father. Take heart in Christ, and fear not of anything or anyone in this life.
Psalm 130:5
