We are rooted in Him; strength, not fear is within us

Out of the ground the Lord God caused to grow every tree that is pleasing to the sight and good for food. Genesis 2:9 NASB

Our Father is “The God of Trees”. Today’s devotional reads, “A tree is a remarkable symbol of life and beauty. The many species remind us of the variety in people. The tree's resilience in many types of weather makes us remember that the inner life is what keeps it going and the source of that life is nutrition that it draws up from its roots.“ Genesis 2:9 aligns with this, reminding us “Out of the ground the Lord God caused to grow every tree that is pleasing to the sight and good for food.” We are all rooted and grounded in the Father. Like trees, may we remember the importance of our unique lives and what is found within us that He wants us to use to experience life, boldly standing among others, and staying firm and planted in His word.

Reflection from Let’s Read the Bible Together (1 John 4, 1 John 5, & 2 John 1)

“Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.” ‭‭1 John‬ ‭4‬:‭4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

John 11:25-26

May we believe on Him so that we may live with Him forever.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

We are rooted in Him; strength, not fear is within us, my friend.
