We will experience pain and suffering in this life, yet our God reigns even in our lowest times, and that’s when we must look to the hills knowing He will bring us up and out
Missing the Mercy in the Mayhem
Many times we work together block out and keep so busy we miss God’s mercy in our mayhem. As the writer says this morning, “As we move from one task to the next, we may start thinking that we are managing things pretty well by ourselves-and we might fail to see the hand of God in our lives.” We must always remember there is nothing that we do in this life that God does not help us through. His hand and His strength is in all things.
Lamentations 3:31-32 reads, “For the Lord will not cast off for ever: But though he cause grief, yet will he have compassion according to the multitude of his mercies.”
Let us always know that God never brings grief for intentional pain but for purpose in our lives. We become disciplined through it, drawing closer to Him, running back to Him.
Small Straws Scripture: Psalm 31:24
Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all you who hope in the Lord.
We have no choice but to be strong and courageous when we trust and put our faith in God for we know who He is and what He is capable of.
Youversion Verse of the Day: Psalm 34:18
The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; And saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
Our Father is always with us, especially in our lowest and painful times in life, providing compassion and comfort during our most vulnerable and painful times in life.
We will experience pain and suffering in this life, yet our God reigns even in our lowest times, and that’s when we must look to the hills knowing He will bring us up and out, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
