When we are led by love, we are protected by the Lord

The Attentive Heart

Rabbi Nachman, known for his parables, is the on quoted alongside Kundtz’s message this morning. Nachman is known for saying, “When your heart is attentive, your entire being enters your prayer without your having to force it.” Kundtz follows with examples and says, “When your heart is attentive you notice the presence of the divine everywhere and all the time, in a handshake, or a smile. The attentive heart is in love with life and all its expressions and, for the most part, doesn't miss those expressions, no matter how subtle or indirect. Having an attentive heart is just another name for prayer. Your heart is attentive, but yearns to be more so.” Where is your heart today? Is it attentive or heavy burdened? If it’s not attentive, pray and leave your burdens with the Father so that you can heal and be closer to the Father. If it’s attentive, continue to love, care for, and pray for yourself and others, ensuring love leads you, and love lingers because of your presence when you are not around.

1 John 3:18 encourages, “My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.” Everything we do, let it be done in love, and everything that we speak, let it be spoken in the same.

Small Straws Scripture: Matthew 28:20b

And lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen.

Let us remember that our Father is alway near, never to be part from us, in spirit and in truth.

Youversion Verse of the Day Psalm 17:9-10

Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: My flesh also shall rest in hope. For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; Neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

We can rest assured that as we walk with Christ and remain in Him, we can always rest upon Him and be protected by Him and in His word.

When we are led by love, we are protected by the Lord, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
