The title of Osteen’s message and the associated scripture REally need no additional dialogue. The devotional, “Take the High Road” and today’s scripture from Colossians 3:17 says, “And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” That’s it; that’s the message.

This last day of Meyer’s series, she encourages us to “Set Your Mind Toward Joy”. Meyer says, “‘Where the mind goes, the man follows.’” A made-up mind is very powerful. Because what we think about determines the quality of our life.” She goes further to say, “Because when you have a made-up mind, and you’ve accepted Christ as your Savior with the Holy Spirit to help guide you, there is nothing you cannot do through Christ. Pray and a positive perspective produces prosperity and no pain and poor decision-making.
