Peace and power to you through the Father this day

“See, I have refined you, though not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.” Isaiah‬ ‭48:10‬ ‭NIV‬‬

No matter what stage in life we are in, we will BE tried in the fire, whether little brushes or blazes. Osteen says this morning, “The fact is that God is not going to deliver us from every difficulty. He is not going to keep us from every challenge. If He did, we would never grow.” During those times, though, we have to REflect on how we endured and He brought us T.H.R.O.U.G.H. (Trials, Hurt, Regrets, Obstacles, Uncertainty, Guilt, Heartbreak) many times BEfore. Instead of wondering how intense the challenge, let’s focus on how REfines we will BE to REceive the lesson and/or blessing through it all.

Ezekiel 8

Our Father loves us, yet we must understand as written in Ezekiel 8:18, if we continually arouse His anger, He will not look on us with pity or spare us, and will not listen.

REflection from How to Live a Joyful Life

This morning Meyer speaks to “Avoiding Strife”. She says, “God’s people should be makers and maintainers of peace, which means we should be diligent not to engage in strife…. As people of God, it is important for us to avoid foolish arguments and strife, and be willing to humble ourselves and do all we can do to maintain peace with others…. Without peace, we are without power and without joy. But with unity, we release God’s presence and power, and life in turn is peaceful and pleasant.“ Each day, let us find the JOY in our JOurneY, knowing to find it we must BE at peace which brings us power.

Philippians 4:8

Let’s focus our thoughts on the Father, for everything within Him is noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, and all things great. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
