“Put on the full armor of God, so that we can take our stand against the devil's schemes.” Ephesians 6:11

Our Father has the power, and Osteen tells us, “When we get out of bed in the morning, the first thing we should do is power up. Get our minds going in the right direction.” What does power up mean? As stated in Ephesians 6:11, we must equip ourselves, and put on the full armor of God, so that we can take our stand against the devil's schemes. REmember no weapon—tangible or spoken—formed against us shall prosper when we are with Christ. Prepare for each day; power up and get prayed up and prepare to prosper.

Isaiah 2

Isaiah 2:3 says, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, To the house (temple) of the God of Jacob; That He may teach us His ways And that we may walk in His paths.”

REflection from Promises for Your Everyday Life

Joyce Meyer gives us “Four Steps for Studying the Word” today. She says 1) Purposely set aside time. For three years, each morning when I rise I set aside an hour to give Him the first moments He has blessed me to see each day. 2)Make preparation for your Bible study. I choose my room BEcause it is the space that I have made for me that has REminders of words of wisdom and scripture on my walls. 3)Have all your materials available. Before I go to bed at night I make sure my book of daily devotionals is BEside my bed with a journal and my phone (for the Bible app and access to the app for my website). 4)Prepare your heart. I anticipate each morning that He is going to answer the prayers I pray and the questions in my heart as I RElease the worries of my mind and free myself asking for forgiveness where I have fallen short. What is your ritual if any, or will you BEgin this day?
