Even when we are weary, we REmain worthy and wonderfully made

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. Isaiah 40:28

Here we are, entering the weekend and grateful for the time that most don’t have to work, unlike our Father. As today’s message says, “Unlike us, the Lord never grows weary of doing good, nor does he tire of loving us and acting lovingly toward us…. With an unfathomable understanding and infinite love that none of us could begin to grasp, he cares for all our needs out of his goodness. He understands each of us, considers our desires, and gives us all a unique calling.“ There’s a saying that success never sleeps, but it does at some point, yet the Savior doesn’t. Our Father is always up and up to something in our lives, for we come to Him when we need Him and that’s definitely not synchronous. We may not have others we can turn to at anytime, but Isaiah 40:28 REminds us, “…He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.” Whenever and wherever you are in need just seek Thee.

REflection from Shaped for a Purpose by Roy Harley

Today we BEgin “Shaped for a Purpose” by Roy Harley. Harley BEgins by comparing our lives to that if a surfboard. He wrote, “A famous shaper once was asked about his process of turning a big chunk of raw foam into a perfectly shaped surfboard: How does he do it? He replied, ‘I strive to remove every piece of foam that is not a surfboard’”. Similarly, Harley REminds us today, “Just like these beautiful, unique boards, you were shaped for a purpose by the Master Shaper of the universe.” BEfore we were even known, God knew us and who we’d BEcome and all that we would do for His purpose here on earth, as written in one of my favorite scriptures, Jeremiah 29:11. But as Harley goes on, He encourages us to assess ourselves asking, “Am I willing to allow the Master Shaper to remove all the bits of me that are not fit for my purpose?” If you are in a place and struggling with where to go and what to do, ask yourself this and answer your true calling He has placed upon your life.

Matthew 28:19

May we work to welcome others to Christ as we walk along our JOurneYs.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
