“A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity.” Proverbs 17:17 NIV
As did Jesus in Mark 5, Osteen says, we too, must go through the trouble to ask the wrong people to leave our lives. We must BE careful of the company we keep. If they are not lifting, leading, loyal, and loving, they must BE let go.
Isaiah 52
In all that we do, we are REminded by Isaiah 52:12, the Lord will go before us, the God of Israel will be our rear guard.
REflection from Promises for Your Everyday Life
This morning’s message by Joyce Meyer is “The Holy Spirit Is Our Drill Instructor”. She says, “Mature faith doesn't happen overnight. If we want to have a deep, healthy, solid faith in God, we must exercise our faith to make it stronger.” It’s true, for James 1:3 says, “because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.” I have and continue to experience a boot camp with the Father as I work to increase my position with Him and with my faith. As Meyer says, “The Holy Spirit knows exactly what we each need as a faith-building requirement so we can be prepared in season and out of season.” We have to go T.H.R.O.U.G.H. (Trials, Hurt, Regrets, Obstacles, Uncertainty, Guilt, Heartbreak) personal training with our Father to BE built for our JOurneY and battles ahead.
Psalm 100:2
May we always have a smile on our faces and a song in our hearts to share what the Savior has and continues to do for us daily.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
