May we pass peace along this day as we proceed along life’s way
And there sat in a window a certain young man named Eutychus, being fallen into a deep sleep: and as Paul was long preaching, he sunk down with sleep, and fell down from the third loft, and was taken up dead. Acts 20:9
Today’s message is titled “Lulled to Sleep”. It says, “The unwelcome grip of sleep is like torture. Being lulled to sleep at the wrong time can be downright dangerous too…. There is another type of being lulled to sleep that's even more dangerous. It's the kind that dulls our senses to spiritual things. By renewing and refreshing our spiritual lives, we find new calm.… No matter the hour of the day or night, the words of God bring rest.“ This message just brought me comfort. Though there are many things that I am dealing with at this time, I still REst comfortably knowing the Father is with me and is in control of my life. Are your REsting assured? If not seek an opportunity to BE REstored by REfreshing and REnewing your spirit in the Word and in worship.
REflection from Courageous Peace by Rob Stanmore
The final message from “Courageous Peace” REminds us to “Go in Peace”. We are encouraged by the writer who says, “In this season, your Courageous Peace has the potential to turn heads and for people to ask questions about the peace you have amidst a world of chaos & fear. Peace is attractive & countercultural. Courageous Peace is a contagious peace…. Peace is more contagious than you realise.” As we go along each day, may we know that each day may not BE easy for us, but those who come in contact with us will still experience our vibrations of peace that surpasses all understanding, and look for how, even through trials we stand and smile as we go along.
Galatians 5:14
May the God of love BE shared with others as you are blessed with His love as well.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
May we pass peace along this day as we proceed along life’s way, my friend.
