Daily Devotional for August 10, 2020

“The blind receive sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the good news is proclaimed to the poor.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭11:5‬

Nothing is impossible with God. We just have to BElieve and REmain consistent and persistent with our faith and prayer. Looks can BE deceiving but our God never lies. Matthew 11:5 provides evidence and proof of yet more promises by God of the unthinkable to man but miraculous work kept and to BE expected forevermore, BEcause He’s sovereign—God is God.

Job 20

Not only is our God sovereign, we must stand and REmain confident in this life that no weapon formed shall prosper, whether in our lifetime to experience or as life ends. May we REmain faithful as we go about this life, doing the will of God so that we may have everlasting life with Him and not perish, never to REceive life evermore on high.

May we each truly come to know Jesus as our personal savior and not only BE hearers but doers of His word, for we walk by faith and not by sight, and furthermore, our actions speak louder than words.

Isaiah 54:10

Let us REmember that nothing can separate us from the love of Jesus. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
