Strength comes fromthe struggle

He asked you for life, and you gave it to him—length of days, for ever and ever. Through the victories you gave, his glory is great;  you have bestowed on him splendor and majesty. Surely you have granted him unending blessings and made him glad with the joy of your presence. Psalm 21:4-6

Today’s message from “Daily Strength for Women” speaks to “Life’s Journey”. It says, “Though we commonly associate the words fear and fright with one another, they don't mean the same thing. Having a fear of the Lord means we respect him. It means we are in awe of him. He is, in fact, a God of great joy. When we seek to be fully in his presence, we can find that joy.” REgardless what is going on in life—loneliness, frustration, anger, loss, illness—we can find JOY in the JOurneY as we walk with Christ. Whatever the circumstances, know He is with you and will not put more on you than you can bear. All things will work for your good; even those things where in the moment you feel they are meant to bring harm and defeat.

REflection from Know Who You Are

“You Are Strong” is today’s message from “Know Who You Are”. The text says, “When you feel discouraged, defeated, weak, and weary, know that you are strong in the Lord and His mighty power. Christians fight everpresent spiritual battles against fallen angels' mighty evil forces that try to turn us away from God.” Distractions come to keep us from what’s to come. The handicaps and obstacles come to break up the traction we are making in our walk with Christ. Let us REmember they are only moments, not monuments. Call on Christ, and fall down if you have to, but know you can and will get back up again, stronger, BEtter, and more equipped than BEfore BEcause of the experience.

Colossians 3:12

Don’t just put on garments; clothe yourself in the armor of God in preparation for the work you will do in His name.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

Strength comes from the struggle, my friend.
