Live and let the Lord lead

“What are mere mortals that you should think about them, human beings that you should care for them?” Psalm 8:4

Psalm 8:4 asks, “What are mere mortals that you should think about them, human beings that you should care for them?” In today’s devotional from “Daily Strength for Women”, the writer says, “Genesis tells us that God made us in his image- that has to be pretty special. He created us with intention; he created us to be like him and to live in relationship with him. He created us for love. Let his love for you overwhelm you today.” No matter how insignificant others may make you feel, or you may think about yourself, we are so significant to our Father, for He created us to BE great, loving, capable and everything else amazing, just as He is. Never forget that.

John 8

We all fall short and do wrong so REmember words spoken by the Father in John 8:7 and 11. “‘…He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her…. Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.’”

REflection from Becoming Me by BecomingMe.TV.

Today we BEgin the 5-day series “Becoming Me” by BecomingMe.TV. The message for today says, “Each of us are on a journey. Our stories are being written day-by-day, inviting us to become who God made us to be, and I believe our stories have the potential to really do something, to change the world. But only if we let them.” Then Deuteronomy 30 is shared which says, “Choose God. He IS life. If you choose Him, you choose life.” We must learn to live, and live in the moment with no REgrets. Let us stop putting pressure on ourselves and learn to live true to ourselves and to the one who will never lead and guide us astray. BE, and allow Him to direct who we BEcome.
