Cling to Christ in your darkness and the light
“The Lord merely spoke, and the heavens were created. He breathed the word, and all the stars were born.” Psalm 33:6
Our Father created everything, heaven above and earth below. As highlighted in Psalm 33:6, “The Lord merely spoke, and the heavens were created. He breathed the word, and all the stars were born.” Keeping that in mind, today’s devotional “A Star is Born” reminds us, “Remember that God has a perfect plan for this world, and you complete his plan. Lift up your eyes and know that he knows your name and that you are not missing from his plan.” Our lives are a unique puzzle piece in His ultimate plan. He knows exactly where we belong and will place us strategically in alignment in His perfect timing for His perfect plan. Each of us and our lives play a major contribution to Him and others. May we recognize our worth.
Reflection from Spiritual Disciplines
Day 8 of “Spiritual Discipline” speaks to the “Discipline of Confessing and says, “Confessing implies not just admitting to having sinned, but regretting and surrendering…. Not confessing my sins, this is the source of darkness in my life.” The writer then goes on to speak about darkness and how it disappears when we turn a light on. In the same manner with sin, “Bring it in the light and its power will fade. As long as it stays in the darkness, it will flourish, but when you bring it to the light, it will become powerless.” Confession is good for the soul, and lightens the burden that we carry.

God’s love is the key to all our fears, frustrations, forgiveness and above all else, favor.🙏🏽💚🦋😴
Cling to Christ in your darkness and the light, my friend.
