Serve selflessly

“In fact, we should come together even more frequently, eager to encourage and urge each other onward as we anticipate that day dawning.” Hebrews 10:25

In this morning’s message “Stimulating Relationships”, Hebrews 10:25 is lifted which says, “In fact, we should come together even more frequently, eager to encourage and urge each other onward as we anticipate that day dawning.” Relationships are important to our JOurneY through life for in Genesis 2:18 God said, “The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.” As the devotional says this day, “If we assemble together, it becomes much easier to network and find close companions who will help us do the right thing…. It is beautiful to see people working together under the Lord's hand.“ May we strive to work together to accomplish what our Father has set forth in our lives to do, and may we work with the support and in support of those we connect with in this life.

Reflection from Spiritual Disciplines

Today the “Discipline of Serving” is discussed with the series “Spiritual Disciplines”. In this devotional we hear how “In the evening when He was betrayed, Jesus gave His disciples a last parable. He gives Himself as an example…. Jesus completely overturns a custom, He abolished the custom that the least important be the servant of the most important. If then, and even now, the least serves the greatest, in God’s Kingdom things are exactly the opposite.” May we remember and work to model our Father as we work with others in this life. Let us not have the thought as written, “If I humble myself, the others will believe that they are superior to me.” Our Father rewards those who serve—that’s the greatest honor and victory. Give of yourself unconditionally to reap God’s favor for your life.

Acts 20:4

Let us continue to do the work that God has tasked us and blessed us with the knowledge and talents to do, so we may continue to focus on the finish line that will be divine and filled with victory everlasting in the afterlife.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

Serve selflessly, my friend.
