Meditate on each marvelous moment this day
“For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever!” 2 Corinthians 4:17 NLT
As we enter this new day, let us know as Osteen highlights this morning, “When you face opposition and things don’t go your way, recognize it’s not permanent…. The affliction is temporary but glory is permanent.” Each day we will face something or somethings that test our faith which impacts our focus. Let us focus to keep the perspective that keeps us in peace. We can always find glory in God—lift up your eyes to Him to help you T.H.R.O.U.G.H. (Trials, Hurt, Regrets, Obstacles, Uncertainty, Guilt, Heartbreak).
1 Samuel 6
As asked in 1 Samuel 6:20, are you able to stand in the presence of the Lord, this holy God?
REflection from Promises for Your Everyday Life
I love Joyce Meyer’s word this morning about “The Hidden Power of Confession”. She says, “What do you usually think of when you hear the word ‘confession’? Many people think first of the definition that has a negative connotation, being forced to admit you have done something wrong. But when we agree with God's Word by ‘confessing’ it out loud, the result is always positive.”. She then BEgins to use David as he fought Goliath as an example of speaking God’s word to win the battle. I am a witness that this works, for I used this tactic a lot during my lowest valley. I’m grateful for this REminder today that this option is still available for me to continue my fight along life’s JOurneY.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Meditate on each marvelous moment this day, my friend.
