He is able to change us, providing grace to us

“By the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned.” Romans 12:3

May we work not to make a “Split-Second Judgement” about others, for as today’s devotional shares, we are all siblings, children of the Most High God. The accompanying scripture from Romans 12:3 says, “By the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned.” No one is any better than anyone else; we all sin and fall short of the glory of our Lord. Yet, He gives us grace, and we must be willing to do the same for others.

Reflection from Your Reset Life

Today’s messages from “Your Reset Life” reminds us that “Jesus Changes Everything”. The devotional says, “In John 4, Jesus crosses every barrier to meet the ‘woman at the well.’ There is a race barrier, a gender barrier, a cultural barrier, an economic barrier, and more! Just like He did for this woman, Jesus is willing to cross every barrier imaginable to meet with you right now.” Life begins again with Christ and each new day. We can always go to Him to be fed, to quench our thirst, soothe our souls, and be given a new opportunity. Welcome Him in to your life each day.
