Strive to be trustworthy and filled with the Word

A troublemaker plants seeds of strife; gossip separates the best of friends.” Proverbs 16:28

Today’s message is titled “Being Trustworthy”, and lifts up Proverbs 16:28 which says, “A troublemaker plants seeds of strife; gossip separates the best of friends.” The text adds, “Keeping confidence is surely a way to show someone how much you care and respect them.… When we care about someone, we want the best for them. We don't want to hurt them, their reputations, or their feelings. We want to respect their confidences and keep their trust. A wise person learns to control the tongue and keep trust.“ Let us keep in confidence conversation to exemplify how much we care for those who confide in us. Let us not create trouble or friction from speaking about matters that we don’t have the whole truth about, relying solely on just facts.

Reflection from Your Reset Life

“Your Reset Life” this morning emphasizes that “Jesus is the Word”. The message says, “While some view the Bible as simply a big, confusing book, Scripture tells us it is the living Word of God. Spending time reading it matters because it allows us to hear His voice!… Spending time with Jesus deposits the things of God into your heart and life.“ May we work to be poured into each day so that we can pour out into others that they might see the work of God in us.

Psalms 68:19

May we forever praise the Lord who blesses us and bears our burdens.🙏🏽🦋💚🌈
