Healing and rest are available to you

“My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest." Exodus 33:14

This morning’s message is so timely for this time of year: “The Right Rest”. It begins with scripture from Exodus 33:14 which says, “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest." The writer goes on to speak about how we tend to be multitaskers, especially this time of year. Then another of my favorite scriptures is highlighted to remind us the importance of rest, for even our Father rested. “Be still and know that I am God.” As stated in today’s devotional, “Don't confuse resting your body with resting your soul. True life-giving rest comes only from being in the presence of the Father.” Take time, particularly this holiday season to rest in the Father.

“This Wasteland Will Be Whole Again” is the title of today’s message from “The Blessing Development Plan. Overall this devotional is a reminder, “God wants to breathe life into your spirit and release a new level of faith in your heart today.… Undeniably, God loves you. He hears your prayers. He sees you in your distress. He rejoices in your breakthrough. And He cares about the details of your life.“ He is a restorer and renewer; He is there for you.
