Daily Devotional for November 25, 2020
“He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; he will purify the Levites and refine them like gold and silver.” Malachi 3:3
Not only will weeping endure, but we will encounter some times of suffering in this lifetime. No one wants the crying nor the hurt, but Osteen provides the context of how it’s necessary for God to shape and mold us into who He wants us to BEcome. Situations will arise ( like what I feel I’m enduring now) as Osteen highlights where we may try to get out of or avoid the process of pain, hurt, loneliness and frustration and think we are REady to REceive what He has in store, but our Father says, “‘Not yet’...He sees your value. He knows what He is making you into... and He will make more out of your life than you’ve ever dreamed.” We just must hang in there and trust the process, for it won’t last always.
Exodus 29
As we continue to go T.H.R.O.U.G.H. (Trials, Hurt, REgrets, Obstacles, Uncertainty, Guilt) for our breakthrough, may we designate time for atonement and consecration as in Exodus 29:36, dedicating time for REparation and REconciliation, letting go and letting God so that we may come into what He has in store without guilt or worry for what has already BEen done. For our Father is a God of chances; He only wants us to accept the grace and mercy He consistently extends to us.
REflection from Ready to Unlock the Kingdom of God
I’ve BEen toiling with a situation for a while now, and I BElieve I just REceived confirmation. Perspective was my word for 2019. After my year of confirmation (which was my word for 2018) I knew I would have to change my perspective to endure, and that I did. However, even with a change of perspective, we sometimes have to BE REdirected. As today’s devotional states from Paul Marc Goulet, “So many of us have lost perspective. It’s like we’ve forgotten why we are here. We’re not here just to be entertained or happy or super blessed. We’re here to bring the Kingdom of God to earth. We’re not here to be liked by everybody. We’re called to speak the truth in love.” I must REmain bold enough to speak truth, even if it makes me uncomfortable for making others uncomfortable, but I must not battle with my words, for God is my vindicator.
Psalms 9:1
May we give honor and praise and tell of His goodness through every platform and opportunity afforded us, for we just can’t tell it all, but take advantage of every opportunity to attempt to do so. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
Where will you witness this Wednesday, my friend?
