It’s revival season—let us continue to evolve and be restored and prepare for much more from the Lord

In the Arms of a Friend

Sometimes when we go through major situations in life, or emotions get the best of us, even when we come out on the other side. Many times we run to a friend for support and understanding. The passage today asks, “Have you ever found comfort from God through a friend? God brings His comfort to our hearts in many ways, but often He touches us most through the compassion of our brothers and sisters in Christ. Perhaps God wants to use you to touch someone today. Are you willing?”

We all have a role of being willing vessels to help spread love and support as our Father does in our day to day lives. Let us tell of our experiences, or “why”, and most importantly our testimonies so that others feel the connection and many times confirmation of God through our connection and conversations.

2 Corinthians 3:18 reads, “But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.”

May our individual evolutions continue as we walk closer to Christ each day, not being afraid to be bold in our walk and talk because of what He has done and continues to do in our lives.

Small Straws Scripture: Philippians 4:19 And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Our Father knows what’s best for our lives and will provide those things and even the rest.

Youversion Verse of the Day: 2 Chronicles 7:14

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

In this new season, let us humble ourselves in a meek manner, praying and seeking Him in all that we say and do, to experience a spirit revival and restoration He has for us.

It’s revival season—let us continue to evolve and be restored and prepare for much more from the Lord, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
