Forge ahead in faith with the Father

“That's why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” 2 Corinthians 12:10

2 Corinthians 12:10 says, “That's why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” Let us always REmember He will always BE there for us when we may fall short or may not BE equipped for a situation. Today’s devotional says, “It seems counterintuitive to boast about our weaknesses, but if God has ever intervened on our behalf and provided a way when we could not find our own, we should rejoice in it!” Just yesterday I spoke about areas where I feel I still need to grow, but had to REmind myself that just BEcause they were areas of growth didn’t mean I didn’t have knowledge or wouldn’t BE able to strengthen and enhance my skills. Experience is the BEst teacher, and from my experiences with Christ, even with my weaknesses, I know He will work things for my good.

John 21

How great is our Father? As John 21:25 states, “And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.”

REflection from Faith and Patience by Believer’s Victory Church

Today’s title alone is a message in itself: “We Must Allow Our Faith To Be Tested”. James 1:2-4 is highlighted with this message saying, “My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.” The writer REminds us, “We are not to count it all joy for the trial; we are to count it all joy for what the trial produces because of our faith being tested. We can’t skip parts of this passage. The ‘perfect and complete, lacking nothing’ does not happen without the testing of our faith…. Faith is an intentional act, not a passive reaction.“ Every test in life has an answer key. As the writer says, life is an open-book test, which just have to ensure that we look to the Word for our answers for the test. As I REmind myself and others, we must learn how to REspond and not REact in trying situations. With all we do, activate our faith and wait for the Father to show us how to forge ahead to win, for we always have the victory in Him.

The Lord is omnipresent, therefore we should seek Him at all times.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
