Fads

Kundtz writes, “A fad-dominated life is characterized by a distracted and vacant presence in the moment, by a never-ending string of disappointments, and by a palpable, but often inaccessible, sadness. “In the young, this characteristic is probably a necessary stage of development. In adults, it is destructive because it keeps us from going deep—into our souls or into our projects—and limits maturity by keeping us stuck at a juvenile level.” Let us consider today if we are focused on fads or faith in what is sustainable and moves our lives forward consistently and with intentionality. Fads fade but focused vision sustains. Where are you going and what are you intentions?

Habakkuk‬ ‭2‬:‭2‬-‭3‬ ‭reads, “Then the Lord answered me and said: Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so that a runner may read it. For there is still a vision for the appointed time; it speaks of the end, and does not lie. If it seems to tarry, wait for it; it will surely come, it will not delay.” Whatever your plans, write them out to literally see them come to fruition in time.

Small Straws Scripture: Luke 1:78-79 because of the tender mercy of our God by which the rising sun will come to us from heaven to shine on those living in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the path of peace.

The Lord is good and His mercy has and will continue to allow us to move from despair to our destiny.

Youversion Verse of the Day: Ephesians 2:10

‭‭For we are what he has made us, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand to be our way of life.

We are walking in our destiny; good, bad, indifferent, it’s all necessary for our journey.

Know that your destiny will be fulfilled, just plan and leave it in His hands, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
