Walk worthy in the work and God’s will for your life

“You are worthy, our Lord and God to receive glory and honor and power,
for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.” Revelation 4:11

As this week comes to an end and we each look to the weekend, let us always know we are “Worthy” as the title of today’s message. “We are not an accident or an afterthought. God created you and gave you meaning. Uncover his purposes and declare his praises, for it is why you were made!“ That is definitely powerful encouragement and a REminder for each of us. You and I have work to do that is associated with the kingdom of God. Let us not take ourselves and what we have, know, and can do for granted.

REflection from Finding Joy: A Journey to Unshakeable Wonder in an Unwavering World

Today’s devotional from Shaunti Feldhahn speaks about a “discontented, burning out, and on her knees, desperately begging God for a change” young teacher. She heard the Lord say to her one day, “Child, I HAVE sent you somewhere you can make a difference. I put you there for a reason. Stay where you are. And bring Me into your school.” No challenge or mission can BE completed unless we welcome our Father into it. We may have the gifts and talents, but He has the instructions and guidance for us to make a difference. May we find our “why” in our professions as we walk with the Father and depend on Him to carry out His mission.

Philippians 2:7-8

May we humble ourselves like the Father, never forgetting how what He provides us can BE gone with the blink of an eye. BE grateful for even the smallest blessing that doesn’t differentiate us from each other.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

Walk worthy in the work and God’s will for your life, my friend.
