Let us always be still to pray, hold tight to the memories of His goodness in our lives and His will and ability to do even greater

Stopping at the Speed of Light

This morning Kundtz says, “Stopping while moving at the speed of light is a paradox: To stop on the one hand and to go the speed of light on the other are contradictory statements that create so radical a paradox that they appear to be an oxymoron… Time spent doing nothing allows us to awaken what is most meaningful and valuable to us… Stopping is time standing still or standing still in time.” Stopping allows us to embrace moments, holding on to the goodness of some situations and reflect on what they produce. While i other situations stopping allows us to pause and assess matters then consider the next best step along the journey.

Lamentations 3:25 reads, “The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul that seeks him.” When we are doing what is pleasing to Him, He will bless us accordingly and exceedingly. Hold tight to the times of goodness, and remain patient and steadfast for better to come.

Small Straws Scripture: Proverbs 6:10-11

“A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep--so shall your poverty come on you like a prowler, and your need like an armed man.”

Although rest is important, let us also we are being diligent and preparing for what may come along our journey, ready to receive and walk in our destiny.

Youversion Verse of the Day: Psalms 77:11-12

I will call to mind the deeds of the Lord; I will remember your wonders of old. I will meditate on all your work, and muse on your mighty deeds.

Let us never forget what God has already proven and given to us in this life, and let us hold tight and meditate of those things and all of His known greatness and truth.

Let us always be still to pray, hold tight to the memories of His goodness in our lives and His will and ability to do even greater, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
