Living as a christian ought, is hard work and literally heart work, that keeps us fit for this life

Hello, Life

Kundtz quotes a nursing seminar participant as once saying, “I'm afraid if I stop, I'll never be able to start again.“ There are many individuals in life who believe this statement, and I have been guilty. However, we really must be consistently intentional about focusing on ourselves and our holistic wellbeing. As Kundtz writes, “No matter how much I might desire and work for a totally balanced, peaceful, easygoing, work-free, and carefree life…The more I cope with life on its terms, the more it will respond to my coping.” Let us not put a bandaid on life, but let us be healthy, whole, and healed in this life. Listen to what your mind, body, and especially what your spirit is saying to you—they all speak.

Proverbs 4:23 reads, “Keep thy heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life.” May the issues of our life be abundance of the fruit of the spirit; love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, and faith.

‭‭Small Straws Scripture: Psalm 84:5

Blessed are those whose strength is in you, whose hearts are set on pilgrimage.

Let us remember, greater is He that is in me…. We must focus on finding the strength that we need internally in our daily walk with Christ, for strength is developed overtime with a consistent practice.

Youversion Verse of the Day: John 16:13

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

Our Father will always show us the way and provide a clear understanding of Jesus Christ, our forever reigning and living Savior.

Living as a christian ought, is hard work and literally heart work, that keeps us fit for this life, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
