May He always be our first, our last, our everything

Impossible Days

Growing up it was presented to me as if I had to pretty much be perfect for God to love me, bless me, forgive me, and allow me to live with Him eternally. Yet as I grow older I am understanding more and more that is simply not the case. He only want us to acknowledge Him and who He is, intentionally trust in Him and depend on Him and know He is God. As today’s message reads, when we seek Him in prayer for anything, “We don't need to pray perfectly or read six chapters of scripture a day before caring for our loved ones. Nor do we need to give up all our sparse personal time. God knows the service we provide and He blesses us for it-perhaps well beyond what we feel we deserve.” Let us realize He responds to the simplest things from us: thank, yes, and amen at the least.

Psalm 118:5 reads, Out of my distress I called on the Lord; the Lord answered me and set me free.

In all situations. we can trust in the hope and power of our Lord to see us through.

Small Straws Scripture: Proverbs 3:6

In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

In all that we have to do, let us ensure we place God first to direct us to where we should go.

Youversion Verse of the Day: Psalm 139:23

Search me, O God, and know my heart: Try me, and know my thoughts.

May we continually ask the Father to remove anything that is intentionally impure in our hearts, minds, and souls.

May He always be our first, our last, our everything, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
