Fortune is in your future
“I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of.” John 10:6-10 MSG
This morning Osteen tells us, “When you’re a dreamer, you’re dangerous to the enemy. He knows you are headed for a new level.” He goes on to keep us grounded by REminding us, that the delay—those people who did you wrong or something didn’t work out—means you’re on your way. Delays are not denials; they are just a part of a bigger plan. They teach us to strategize and not agonize, for those test will BEcome our testimonies. Abundant life is ahead.
1 Samuel 3
Let us BE REady to do the will of God in this life. As with Samuel in 1 Samuel 3:4, when the Lord calls upon us, let us REply, “Lord, Here am I.”
REflection from Promises for Your Everyday Life
What a powerful message from Meyer’s devotional this morning, “God Can Set You Free from the Prison of Your Past”. All of us are or have BEen impacted in manner by our past, whether during our childhood, a year ago, or a month ago—it’s all the past. But in this morning’s message, Meyer encourages us by saying, “You may have had a miserable past that continues to affect your present in negative and depressing ways. But I say to you boldly, your future is not determined by your past or your present! Let God break off the chains of your past.” REmember my brother and sister, God has the final say, you just have to break away.
