Never underestimate the capabilities of Christ

God's voice thunders in marvelous ways; he does great things beyond our understanding. Job 37:5

This morning’s message is titled “Marvelous Thunder”. The accompanying scripture from Job 37:5 says, “God's voice thunders in marvelous ways; he does great things beyond our understanding." As the writer questions, “Have you ever reflected deeply on the power that God is? Not that He has, but that He is?” Our Father is all that we need in every situation, for there is nothing He can’t do or help us through. He is the ultimate and matchless force to be reckoned with and He’s ours. Let us never hesitate to call on and depend on Him.

Reflection from Let’s Read the Bible Together (Genesis 30, Genesis 31, and Genesis 32)

As the Mizpah in Genesis 31:49-50 says, “The Lord watch between you and me, when we are absent one from the other…. God is witness between you and me.” Whether present with one another or not, may we pray the Lord keeps us all safe from hurt, harm, and danger. May we all pray and ask for what is best for each other as brothers and sisters in Christ.
