Receive His power, give to Him freely, and pray without ceasing

"The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you they are full of the Spirit and life." John 6:63

There is “Power of the Word” of Christ. John 3:3-6 says, “The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you they are full of the Spirit and life." Flesh is weak but the Spirit of Christ that dwells in us through the Word strengthens us, guides us, and gives up hope and endurance. The writer says, “Jesus told us to abide in His Word...putting ourselves in a place to hear and receive the Word.” Let us study and keep it close to our hearts, striving to walk in it to do His will and be more like Him.

Reflection from Let’s Read the Bible Together (Genesis 27, Genesis 28, and Genesis 29)

As Jacob said in Genesis 28:20-22, “If God will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat and clothing to wear, so that I come again to my father's house in peace, then the Lord shall be my God, and this stone, which I have set up for a pillar, shall be God's house; and of all that thou givest me I will give the tenth to thee.” God is our peace and our provider. From all that He gives us, let us always remember to give to Him.

Romans 8:26

When we are weak He is strong. There is nothing we have to do or say. The Father knows and even responds to our groans.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

Receive His power, give to Him freely, and pray without ceasing, my friend.
