In Osteen’s message today, “God will Override”, he says, “God has put something on you that will override people being against you. It will override bad breaks and injustice.… You may have some setbacks, bad breaks, and injustice. But don't worry. It's only temporary. It's just a detour on the way to your destiny.” Yes, we will have some detours but they will never destroy what God has planned ahead for you and me. Follow His direction and He’ll never leave you astray.

REflection from Promises for Your Everyday Life

Meyer speaks to us this morning saying, “Stability is an important issue for all of us…. We are to be well-balanced and temperate (self-controlled) to keep Satan from devouring us”, as she REferences 1 Peter 5:8. Let us always BE like trees, rooted and grounded in the Father. Like Meyer says, “Jesus is the best soil to be rooted in.“ He is nourishing and stable; on Him we can always depend, and in Him we will BEar the fruit of the Spirit and REap a plentiful harvest.
