Life Preservers

Today’s devotional speaks about our Father being our life preserver. It says, “When we are battered by the waves of trouble, we can expect God to understand and to comfort us in our distress. His Word, like a buoyant life preserver, holds us up in the bad times. But the life preserver only works if you put it on before your boat sinks.” Let us make sure that we have put on our protection in the word of God and with our prayers, knowing Who is truly able to keep us from falling.

Psalm 119:50 reads, “My comfort in my suffering is this: Your promise preserves my life.”

We can always be comforted by our Father in times of need.

Small Straws Scripture: Romans 12:2

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Let us not be led by the ways of the world but be focused on the ways of our Lord to guide us along life’s journey.

Youversion Verse of the Day: Isaiah 12:2

Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

God is the only way we can be saved, so let us trust in Him and not be afraid of where He leads us for He is our strength.

Our comfort and direction in life is always found in Jesus Christ, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
