He is Our Confidence

Never situation where we don’t feel we are bringing our best selves, and even if we are, God is with us. When we question what we should do, how we should do, where we should go, when we should do, He is the answer. Today’s message reminds us “He tells us we are His little lambs and He is our great Shepherd. He upholds us with His righteous right hand. He leads us along still waters and restores our soul. These are just a few of the promises of God regarding the care He provides for His children.” There is no time is our lives that God has not cared for or will not cover us.

Proverbs 3:26 says, “For the Lord will be your confidence, and will keep your foot from being caught.”

And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For there is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; You shall find a Babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will towards men.

Christ our Savior has been born to bring us great joy, peace, and salvation.

Youversion Verse of the Day: Luke 1:31-33

And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: and he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.

This is the greatest announcement to ever be made of our Lord and Savior to be conceived by the virgin Mary.
